Oklahoma Academic Standard 6. The student will evaluate contemporary global issues and challenges.

Objective 6.4  Analyze responses by world governments concerning the rise and impact of international terrorism and their responses to regional disputes such as Syria.

In a Nutshell

Today, international terrorism directly effects individual security and liberty. Analyzing how the United States and its allies respond differently to regional conflicts will give students the ability to understand such events and adopt the best policies to respond to acts of terrorism.
